Studio Terms & Conditions

1. Studio Condition

The studio must be kept in the same condition as it was upon entry.
All equipment, furnishings, and interior elements must remain undamaged and in their original positions.

2. Food & Drinks

• No food is allowed inside any studio room.

• Water and coffee are permitted.

• Snacks may be consumed only at the table in the corridor.

• For full meals, please use the coffee shop area within the compound (near Subway and the minimart).

3. No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the studios and the corridor.

4. Doors

To reduce sound transmission to other studios and offices:

• Doors must remain closed at all times during rehearsals.

• Doors must not be left open while sound is being produced.

• When stepping out and returning, allow the door to close on its own.

• Door stoppers may be used only when bringing instruments or equipment in or out.

5. Equipment Care

All equipment must be used responsibly.
Any damage to equipment or the studio interior will be invoiced to the person who booked the studio.

6. Cleanliness

Studios must be left clean and tidy.
No garbage or personal items may be left behind.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

All bookings are final:

• No cancellations

• No refunds

• No credit or compensation for unused or missed time

8. Leaving on Time

To maintain the schedule for all users:

• Preparation to leave must begin 5 minutes before the session end time.

• The studio must be vacated exactly at the end time or earlier.

Failure to exit on time will result in a charge equal to one full additional hour, due to the inconvenience caused to the next scheduled user.

9. Extending Sessions

If additional time is required:

• Availability must be checked online.

• If the studio is available, it may be booked and paid for immediately online.

• If the current studio is booked next, another available studio may be used.

10. Security Cameras

Studios and corridor areas are monitored by security cameras.
Recording is continuous and used solely for safety, security, and equipment protection.

11. Proper Use of the Studio & Conduct

The studio is not a hotel or a place for personal stay.
Studios may be used only for their intended purposes, including:

• Music rehearsals

• Lessons

• Practice

• Content creation, audio recording, and video recording

• Office or work-related use (quiet work, meetings, planning sessions)

Appropriate clothing is required at all times.
Users must conduct themselves respectfully and avoid behavior that may disturb others.

Respect for users of other studios currently in operation and for users scheduled after your session is mandatory.

12. Use of External Equipment

Any external equipment brought into the studio must be safe, compatible, and non-damaging to the studio’s power systems, flooring, or furniture.
The studio reserves the right to refuse the use of equipment deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

13. Recording & Privacy

Users may record audio or video of their own rehearsals only.
Recording other users or staff without consent is strictly prohibited.

14. Payment Terms

All bookings and payments must be completed online through our portal in advance.
Refunds are not available.
Unpaid sessions cannot proceed.

15. Package Validity

• Package hours are valid for a fixed period of 182 days (6 months) from the date of purchase.

• Unused hours expire automatically after the validity period.

• Expired hours cannot be refunded, extended, transferred, or exchanged.
